My Dream 2012

Menjelang 2012 ak ..ada beberape azam baru…

·         Potong rambut

·         Belajar bersungguh(study smart)

·         Menyimpan duit RM50 sebulan..

·         Buat lessen kereta (insyaAllah)

·         Menjadi lebih penyabar..

·         Kurang mkn (diet)nk reduce 3kg

·         Derma darah utk kali ketiga

·         Menjadi mature ckit

·         Nk lebih rajin sembahyang hajat…

Memory 2011

Banyak kenangan pahit manis 2011 yg ku lalui,Ya Allah kadang2 ak leka dgn dunia ciptaan yg hnya satu persinggahan..kadang2 aku hilang rs sbr dgn sesetengah org..jd termoody x tentu hala..huhuhuhu..ye Aku hanya insan yg lemah..bnyak kelemahan tp kdg2 susah nk jg hati & perasaan org lain..terkasar bahasa bleh membuat hati seseorang terluka..klau bleh aku ingin melihat kebahagian semua org disekelilingku …tp yg psti hidup ini x seindah yg di impikan .

Tentang study,,syukur Allahamdullilah aku berjaya memasuki sem baru…huhuhu..horeyyyyyyyyyyyy  tnggal sethun lg nk hbis x sbr nk keja….ad duit sendiri ak nk realisasi impianku.>>>>>>>>>>>>>>tp ak kuat mkn..tension skit mkn..tension sikit mkn….teruk rasanya coz lpas 2 skit perut………………han..han..han..

BD ak for this year,,my mom cook nc himpit dgn kuah kacang ..ak pulak mee kari…hahahah mmg pertandingan makanan..huhuhuhu…

penyusuan susu ibu

Polisi penyusuan susu ibu

Semua ibu digalakkan menyusu anaknya dengan susu ibu sahaja (ekskutif) selama 6 bulan pertama dan meneruskan sehingga bayi berumur 2 tahun. Makanan tambahan perlu dimulakan ketika bayi berusia 6 bulan.

 Susu ibu adalah makanan terbaik untuk bayi

• mengandungi kesemua nutrient utk tumbesaran dan perkembangan otak bayi
• mudah di hadam 
• sentiasa tersedia pada suhu yang tetap
• bayi yang disusui dgn susu ibu selama 6 bln menpunyai tumbesaran yang baik dan sihat.
• susu ibu mengandungi kolostrum yng mengandung antibody( Ig A) dan melindungi drpd jangkitan kuman dan alahan seperti cirit birit,selsema radang paru-paru,jaundices.

Tanggal 12 october 2011,,ak kehilangan my pretty phone cdih sangat,,waktu 2 hari last exam.huhuhuh.entah mcm mne ,,may be dah takdir mcm 2..ak jawap exam mcm x de perasaan je pagi 2,,,ND208...rasanya ...x thu nk habaq mcm mne..hihihihi..memang kelam kabut la...ble phone hilang..sim card pn turut hilang ..i loss  all my contact number,,,
